ASSOCIATE BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTIONS has been synonymous with quality and trust in the construction industry since 1990. Our journey began in 1990 with the construction of Ambika Timbers in Udupi, which imports the finest timber from Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Our project in 1996, Bhavani Sanitary, serves Udupi, Padubidri, and Mangaluru with top-notch sanitary solutions. In 2004, we ventured into real estate with Vishwas Towers, a commercial and residential project. This was followed by Dhananjay Enclave, a residential apartment in Ajjarkad, as well as Dhananjay Towers, now known as Harsha. Our growth continued in 2015 with Shubha Projects in Bangaluru’s industrial hub, Peenya. We also made our mark in Gujarat with the development of Shyam Kutira in Ahmedabad, offering 4 & 5 BHK luxury villas.
